lumia 800 OSBL WRITE FAILED


Lumia 800 keep rebooting,when i try flashing it always stop here,is there any idea to finish this job,

1. Press and Hold the VOLUME UP button
2. Connect it to the USB Port while still Pressing

did check if the battery is fully charge? if yes maybe the problem is the flash chip is damage
