Lumia 800 stuck on orange logo - GSM-Forum

Hello, i have atf nitro and i have Lumia 800 and it stuck on logo orange, what can i do with this tools. I've got ATF Nitro, Nokia Cyclone Key. I'm begginer in software

welcome to the software world ..

you will use ATF cuz it's the best nokia tool ..
1-download the FW with NaviFirm .. and put it in C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\ ..
2-open ATF and choose Windows Phone and select phone model ..
3-check Phoenix INI and the FW will be added automaticlly ..
4-now press Flash ..
5-turn off the phone and wait 5 sec then connect it to USB and the flashing will start ..?
6-wait untill the flash is done then disconnect the phone and start it ..

that's it ..

Phone should be connect via atf or just usb port? It looks like dead phone 'cause i try earlier just read phone info via atf and it won't find the phone

just USB .. not the ATF RJ Port ..
don't worry about phone info ..
if it's detected by PC then just flash it as i explained ..
wait for result ...

if it just only hang on screen please make a hard rest..and post the result

Hard reset not work for me. I've got only imageshack. com/i/p2FKWzW3j and imageshack. com/ i/eyGfLlGIj cable, can i do it with it?

I try charge it but it stays at logo orange and getting warm and i think it wasn't charged at this time

Disassemble phone and charge the battery with external charger.

it works! i charge it at external charger and it flash succesfully. by the way how to unlock 520 via atf nitro?

You can't. Win8 is not supported for unlocking at the moment.
