lumia 800 unlock problem

Hello sir,
I had lumia 800 phone country unlock but i follwed in test point
procedure it cant unlock ? so please tell me detail steps sir..........

Do not use Internet or normal lan cable... use fbus rj48 connector also check your soldering.
