@Techsky

You Screenshots are too small. I cannot see anything.

Anyway, did you use EXTERNAL power of just USB Power connected to phone?

It would give you better results if you used a pull-up resistor on GREEN and BLUE to 2.8v external power on Vcc and VccQ. Like what I put in the pinout as "optional".

I have same phone in hand now, I can show you how later.

@Techsky

Ok, that wont work at all... Remove the 2 resistors if you are just using USB cable for POWER.

Connect only 4 wires to phone.

BROWN --- GROUND
RED --- CLK
BLUE --- CMD
GREEN --- DATA

NO NEED TO CONNECT YELLOW or PINK.
NO NEED TO CONNECT Vcc or VccQ

In eMMC Tool set the following

CPU Type: NOKIA LUMIA -SNAPDRAGON 2,3,4
VCCIO: 2.80 V
SPEED: 7.50 Mhz or 15 Mhz

1. Disconnect USB Cable from Phone

2. Click "Scan eMMC" it will tell you to connect USB Cable to Phone

3. Connect USB Cable to phone

Code:
======================================================
======================================================
       eMMC Test Point Connection Module
======================================================
======================================================

1. DO NOT USE THE PHONE"S BATTERY
2. Connect the Soldered TP Connections to ATF Box
3. Disconnect the USB Cable and Wait until the
   the ATF Software will tell you to Connect the USB.

Interface Reset OK!
