@dannyogolo

Disconnect all Flex cable connected on board.
Select unlock AFP file and click on Read Codes button
than connect USB cable to phone

I have done what you both said, but problem remains:

The only flex on body is camera flex, as i had already disassembled the phone completely.

I observed that when everything is connected, the PC begins to slow down and get sluggish.
Could this have anything to do ?

@dannyogolo

Read Post #3 Carefully

As Instructed by me, click "REPAIR BOOT" first...

Count maybe upto 5 seconds, then connect USB Cable to Phone.

If you get error, then disconnect USB Cable, Click " REPAIR BOOT" then count 5 seconds, then connect USB Cable.

That is all you need to do.

If still fails, then it means your wires are TOO LONG.

@kennethgsm

For Lumia 520 problem, it means you did not connect the 2 ORANGE Wires correctly.
