1. Power On the Phone and Connect it to the USB Port

If the Phone is DEAD
1. Press and Hold the VOLUME UP button
2. Connect it to the USB Port while still Pressing
the VOLUME UP button
3. Continue to Press the VOLUME UP button for 8 more
seconds

You need to "push" / "shock" the battery so that it will have atleast 4.2v coming out.

You need to open phone and disconnect battery flex cable then connect 4.5v from regulated
power supply to positive and negative terminal of battery's flex cable. You need to monitor
status of battery every 5 seconds. Once battery is 4.2v by itself, you will be able to flash it
properly.

Almost all lumia phones with internal batteries have this problem.

today i make jumper battery with n8 board and charge for three hours,,,
butt same result

Not sure what is wrong with your phone.... but you can write MDM sections via JTAG.

before flash show at8t logo,,,
after flash and get this error its not working even no vibrate

ATT logo means MDm corruption. ATF JTAG will fix this.
