Hi, unlock can be done, but after it you will need to enter unlock codes and that will need touch screen to be working.

Hi, now I understand your question - touch problem is related to hardware.
Nothing to do with unlocking.

Just simple question... how to did you enter PIN code to unlock phone if your touch
screen is not working?

So it means your phone is is locked right?

Just open phone and reconnect digitalizer flex.
