Hi all,
The Lumia 920 from China Unicom in the security mode is RESTRICTED is possible to remove this restriction ?

No, but China Unicom does not lock their phones anyway.

The problem is not to be locked, is to get acess to another stores. How can I do it, even if I change the location is not possible to get acess to some aplications.

I don't think that this is related to that...

All Win8 phones that I flash is always showing "Restricted"

There is any way to flash my rom rm-822 to diferent one for exemple rm-821 ?

No, if ROOTHASH is not the same,, you cannot cross flash via USB.
