i am been wating for last 15 days to get the problem sorted but still no responce from support cant read hash on any sl3 phone by usb can read with fbus but cant read with usb 6700 tryed x302 tryed c6 tryed but where is support atf had the best support in nokia but now they going bad as other bugs all time in softwear i have tryed every thing no luck but i dont no when they gona fix this bug

I was under the impression that Angel already sorted
sorted your problem via teamviewer.

Since what you have is not a "global bug", it is almost
always some other software in you PC which is causing
the problem.

We can check once you are online.
