MTK smartphones with samsung EMMC can be write protect? - GSM-Forum

Dear Supporters!

The question is that: if nokia phones EMMC can turn into write protect, than MTK phones EMMC is also can be? I recieve the third MTK phone that cant erase anything from EMMC, cant write, only read. I checked the EMMC types are also supported. Or the problem is elsewhere?

Please let me clear this question.

Any phone can be supported just as long as Samsung eMMc Brand inside.

Problem about mtk china phone, most times eMMC direct pinouts ia not on PCB.
So need to remove emmc and put on socket.

If you have pinout, then you can try WP remove.

Sir Kingston EMMC Could Be Supported In Near Future?
Today I See Kingston EMMC In MTK Based Fone
Cant Read Cant Write Scatter Or Bin File ETC
But Fone Hang On Logo
It Seems To Be EMMC Problem If I Am Not Wrong
Customer Said " He Removed Battery When Downloading Any APP Via WIFI "
