try to set up a path by clicking on the setting logo and you will see" product path to scan', right click inside the box and setup your path according to where your files are stored.

Select proper product path, where you store the flash files

Go to Settings, on your ATF box interface, then go to second tand>Nokia Settings> on the white space right click with your mouse and add path. so locate your product files and save.

Note: you can use Phoenix IN when files are in different locations. you need to save them all in one place
