Please helpme... my PC can't read S/N to my BOX ((Nitro))....and real drivers not detected...

No READ Serial...

And Drivers detected as well:

HOW FIX this...???
I delete soft, reboot pc, install and reinstall.. but not solve..
2 days ago it worked perfectly.

When install NEW ATF Drivers ((dpinst-x86)) showme this:

In WIN7 showme same ERROR in Drivers...

HELPME...HELPME!!!

1. Goto Product Support ---> Box Tools

Click Restore EEPROM...

2. Disconnect ATF Box from USB port,, then connect again

3. Install ATF Drivers.

Yeserday i have charge atf nitro server from murcury to venus . Till then my atf nitro box not found & also not showing anything in device manager i have changed many working cables please solve my prolem
