You need to post complete logs...

Maybe you are getting this:

ERROR: MEEGO Device Flashing Failed!
Firmware Version Downgrade NOT ALLOWED
Please use a HIGHER Firmware Version...

This is because some stock N9-00 have high version which you cannot re-flash with
your lower version (Arabic or other Language) firmware.

the version of N9 is 20.2011.40.4 and i use 22.2011.44.2 to change language to arabic some phone worked will and some failed please any idea
