I assume you're using Windows 8 on your PC?
Try uninstalling all driver packages and ATF completely AND remove the "Advance Turbo Flasher" folder on your C-drive.
Reboot your PC and try installing it again.

For me, Windows 8 found every driver itself.

Also try different USB Port.

Hope it helps

Oh, i thought it was a missspelling above
I guess it's not necessary to explain, that a lumia 920 is a windows phone 8 device

Ok, i would try to unsinstall and re-install everything as mentioned above.
After installing the driver package, try to force driver intallation in windows device manager.

Maybe this works

If not: try a pc with at least windows 7.

@big_gsm

1. Install: C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\WinUSB\
2. C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\Nokia_Connectivity_Cable_Driver_7.1 .182.0.msi

Connect Phone to USB in Normal Mode. You will see message: Found New Hardware Wizard:
RM-821!Nokia Lumia 920
Click Cancel at first to this message, on next, Click Next and and give this PATH:
C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\Lumia and Asha Phone Drivers

It will install the drivers: Nokia USB Connectivity; then you can Sacn Phone in ATF Software.
