where am i supposed to get those files with italian language?all servers are down and team isnt giving any support to the customer,please any kind guy who can help me out?

i followed the link and the exact firmware i got is:

Nokia 800 RM-801 Vodafone IT IT black V6 059L705

now what am i supposed to do next????????
