today i have by a new box atf
instal and activate succesfuly.
when i ty to unlock n95 he give a big error and setup is stuck hang.
then click on stop proces then try butt same
also try to conect adaptr. extension
error is
acces violation at adress 0077ed9d in module advancebox.exe read of adres022f400.

give me logs or screen short so we can short out your problem

This happens when the PM 308 read from the phone is not complete.

This bug is already fixed in the next software release a few hours from now.

should 9v batt conect to box or not with cable coming with the box

no you dont have to connect any 9v battery . you just have to connect vpp cable like shown in image below with fbus cable
