1. Power On the Phone and Connect it to the USB Port

If the Phone is DEAD
1. Press and Hold the VOLUME UP button
2. Connect it to the USB Port while still Pressing

3. Continue to Press the VOLUME UP button for 8 more
seconds

i got the same issue, no solution yet, waiting for ATF team????

make sure your battery is loaded or try other gxm boxses

Off course use full charged battery , Repair boot B4 flashing

- check your flash files, they are maybe corrupted or half-downloaded.
- flash using fully charged battery

Also, post phone's history, what is the problem in phone and why are you flashing it?

@MPhoneClinic:

ATF also does not require any boot repair for flashing only... rather, it is the only box that supports all lumia dead boot repair. But flashing/updating or unlock does not need boot repair.
