Need Lumia 640 DS / RM-1077 BIG BOOT file

I have one dead Lumia 640 DS / RM-1077 ( 059X1N8 ) with 9008 Nokia Emergency conection and cannot repair it just via USB, so a "BIG BOOT" can be a solution, but cannot find for this type.

If someone have - let me know.

WBR, DebeliaMark, BG

P.S.

EMMC still look good:

I'm still waiting someone to give Lumia 640 DS BIG BOOT file ...

... due to no way to repair it via USB:

It's tested with full or empty battery, with different PC-s ( this on picture is clean reinstalled VAIO ) ... same.

Repair process stuck on Firehose Payload ...

Any help or advise is welcome.
