I don't remember all details, I installed NCS software some time ago. Drivers I used are in C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver folder. After NCS software was installed I only replaced usergroupsconfiguration.cfg in C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Product Support Tool For Store 5.0 folder, that's all.

P.S. I'm using NCS software on Win XP Pro 32-bit running on VMWare virtual machine.

Start NCS, double click Product Support Tool For Store 5.0, press Sign In (Sign in to field must be "CareSuite External").
In Product Support Tool press File, untick "Work offline", press Open product and select your phone model RM-820 (Nokia Lumia 920), press Open. Then press Tools - Firmware Download, enter desired product code (can check it here) and press Check online. After firmware download power off your phone, press vol- and power button together to enter download mode (red screen with Nokia logo), connect to PC's USB 2.0 port, point to drivers in ATF folder if needed. Then press Programming - Recovery (U will see your downloaded firmware in list), press Start. Wait until phone finish flashing, it will reboot automatically at the end.

BR
