New box - will not update firmware or activate - GSM-Forum

I have a brand new ATF Box from TeelTech. I'm running software version 11.60 on a windows 7 64bit. I have done the uninstall/reinstall with program and drivers. Folder and program have been added to anti-virus exclusion lists, but out of frustration,just turned it all off. It tells me to update firmware and will not let me activate the box. When I update the firmware, it shows downloading, then goes to requesting for box firmware, then errors out with "$. The program freezes and has to be restarted.

Library Version: 00030207
Box type: advancebox turbo
Box firmware: logicore 8.15.10

Help please. I need this for a job!
