bro give me solution

my atf box not working properly. if open atf application it shows "turbo nitro" only. in multi atf tav it shows "0 (zero) atf box connected".

i had try with eprog it shows "number of blank devices = 2 and number of programed devices = 0". i have captured images of this process in jpeg format but i dont know how to upload or paste here in this thread. \

pls understand my problem and give me proper solution.

i think u r online at present. if you have any solution to this pls give me solution.
