from yesterday, my atf shows no atf box found.i reinstalled driver etc.when try to repair eeprom with mprog also shows no devices found.pls suggest me.

Explore the device manager ( USB ) when connected ATF & post that photo

You see YELLOW mark on "USB Serial Converter B" ? That's mean drivers
are NOT properly installed. Re-install ATF Box Drivers, after run MProg, it
should detect your box, and you will be able to repair it's EEPROM.
