Lumia 920 RM-821 dead

I'm thinking I'm not good enough in this game.
Anyway here is the problem and things I've done to resolve it.
Phone came to me in dead condition. Pushing VolDown and Power produce only a slight vibrate.

Phone: RM-821 red. Product code: 059R615 (don't know how this phone arrived to Italy from HongKong but who cares)

1. Charge battery with external charger
2. Flash with it's product code and it completes in 2 minutes or so
(Flash log produced no error).
2a. Phone still only vibrates.
3. Jtag with RM-821 big boot files (a mess to solder the S-point but I was succesful)
3a. Restore boot completed in 13minutes all OK.
3b. Phone still only vibrates. (Nothing on screen)
4. Flash it with its product code. Stopped flashing on 84%
4a. Retry flashing, all goes well
4b. Phone still only vibrates. (Nothing on screen)
5. Flash it with product code: 059Q9W8. Stopped at 63%
5a. Retry flashing, all goes well
5b. Phone still only vibrates. (Nothing on screen)
6........................................

Don't know what to do next.
In any time I haven't seen anything on screen, only the vibrate on VolDown and Power pressing.

Do I have to throw it away?

Sounds like phone has some hardware problem.
