i have the above message when i try to check my SL3 Codes, i have searched and found the following

but it didnot help and says ATF SN 44B612F9367E113A4ECD2303 invalid please report this to [email protected] please advice

IT's ok i have solved the problem

if this happens please verify the indicated Serial Number embossed on the message
then check the serial number from your box or from the EXE.

or you can try to re-connect your box and try again to open atf support area.
