Hi,

There are few types of "contact service" problems in XGOLD 213 models:

1. contact service caused by full damaged SIMLock, NO PM120 inside or corrupted - for this problem, there is NO solution yet.
2. contact service caused by firmware upgrade/downgrade - for this problem, you can flash to same Product Code file, sometime needs downgrade or sometime needs upgrade and not all phones have this problem.
3. contact service caused by wrong counter reset, someone use free tools for reset counters or any other tool - for this problem, here is the solution:
Repair SIMLocks for FREEE on all XGold phones
4. sometime we get LOCAL MODE on screen instead of contact service, this also happens by firmware, flashing to Product Code files will fix it, only and only if its not hardware problem.

To check your phone contact service problem, do this:

1. Bus Check phone via USB cable, ATF SW will put phone in TEST MODE
2. Now you can Scan Phone and post log here
3. Also, Read Full PM and attach here.
