please give me the solution of my problem or any video tutorial for this problem

how to solve this problem. please give me total tutorial of atf repaire.

please help me

after write pm file (Repair super dongle sd) phone shows without sim it is working but if sim inserted it shows "PHONE RESTRICTED".

PLEASE GIVE ME THE SOLUTION.
