Hi, I have a Nokia 500 RM-972 Dual SIM but I can't flash it:

Number of Image Files: 3
Booting/Flashing Failed...
Please Try Again...

How can flash it ?

Hi, Please use Update Important Files from Product Support->UPDATE IMPORTANT FILES

This will download Nokia.ini and than you need to close and re-open EXE
Afterwards, you will get Nokia 500 RM-972 under Infineon Tab. Then you
can flash it.

Program on my nokia asha 500 rm-972 appears as a nokia bb5 and i can not do that flash.tive select option rm-973 at infineon and pick hand files mcu, ppm, cnt pra power to make flash properly

Solution already in my post above. Just need to download INI file with corrected model discription

This is not a BB5 phone

1. Click Update Important Files
"Product Support" ------> "Update Files" -------> "Update Important Files"

2. Close ATF Software

3. Open ATF Software

It will be in Infineon Tab already.
