Hi, you press this power + vol. down or only power?

You know this:

If the Phone is ALIVE
1. Power On the Phone and Connect it to the USB Port

If the Phone is DEAD
1. Connect Phone to the USB Port
2. Press and Hold the VOLUME DOWN and POWER Buttons
3. Wait until the Phone Vibrates Shortly...
4. Stop Pressing the Buttons...

So i think that incoming call pressing Power On button have need to ceck setting from this phone, can be shortcut setted by user when press Power on button... try and post result

PHONE MUST BE OFF TOTALLY

I mention that the phone is alive. Incoming and out going call is ok
When power ON the phone show only NOKIA logo then light off
But when is an incoming call light is ON

I connect the phone via USB, do factory reset, format the phone but same result

I connect the phone my Laptop and transfer some data from Laptop to phone and goes to this position...................
