Nokia 510 is it DEAD?

When insert battery it vibrate then nothing. How to repair? Is it DEAD?

Hi, at first, try to flash phone. If it can't flash or takes qualcomm qhsub_dload drivers, then it's boot is dead and needs to repair via ATF JTAG or eMMC Pinouts.
