Nokia 520 after big boot file flash still dead? - GSM-Forum

HI ALREADY DID jtag but phone still dead when i connect with computer show its connecting with HS-USB QD loader 9008
try to flash with ATF but can not connect what to do?

You need to use newer BIG BOOT FILE Boot in case firmware inside the Phone is the latest version.

You can use ATF Software eMMC TP - No activation required

Pinout Heres:

You can use ATF JTAG Software JTAG Connection - 39 U$D Activation Required

ATF JTAG

Activate Now

The difference is only ATF JTAG can write BIG BOOT Files. You need BIG BOOT Files if after BOOT Repair, you cannot flash phone.

After flash with bog boot file with Jtag phone complete dead now
can not even connect with usb now what to do?

Charge Battery.

Even if you physically remove eMMC chip with hot air from the PCB, the phone will
still be detected as: HS-USB QD loader 9008 ...

SO your phone not being detected by your PC now is not related to what files you write via ATF JTAG. CHeck PCB area, make sure nothing is shorted.

Hi thanks for reply but its not shorting on pc board i check very careful
when i put again test point phone can detect with ATG JTAg here is the log

here is again flash with new boot file can flash but can not detect after flash with this file

Your Battery is probably EMPTY or you are doing something Wrong.

If battery is dead or not connected, phone will not be detected as anything on USB port (Especially if Boot Inside Phone is 100% Fixed already)

Are you 100% Sure Your Phone is RM-914?

If So, then use latest AFP for RM-914

If it is showing "QDloader 9008", then it means your BOOT is still damaged.

SO Do jtag again with CORRECT RM-XXX
