nokia 700 strange problem


the set working fine,but when i touch the settings icon it hangs there...
flashed with same product code and latest version 113.010.1506
but the problem is same...anybody have tested solution
thanks in advance.

If not a hardware fault then follow these steps ( If you have ATF Network activated on your box )

1 - Backup RPL . 2 - Read full PM . 3 - Backup Important PM & PP . 4 - Full erase . 5 - Full flash . 6 - Write PM as backup step3 . 7 - Write RPL . 8 - SX4 ( May need Authorization ) & select PM step2 .

thanks for your reply but i dont have ATF network activated....
is there any other way to do...?and if its hadware what would be problem...?
