Nokia 7210 Classic SECURITY_TEST FAILED - GSM-Forum

I have a Nokia 7210 Classic with security Test Failed the handset is on ok but display Contact service and off.
How can i remove its security test failed and Contact Service with the help of A.T.F? reply as soon as possible cause customer is waiting for his handset..

Do sx4 authorization and write pm1,309

SX4 standalone & write pm 1 & 309 , if not success write RPL without NPC
