Nokia data package manager not opening - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter ,,, i have just download package manager and install it know trying to open ,,,but could not stuck on title ,,here is screen schoot,,,if anybody knows how to remove this issue enable to use this ,,

sir its on download Nokia_Care_Suite_5.0_2012.12.5.3.rar this one,,, can u tell me how to download firmware files specialy i need noki X2-01 RM-709 8.71
