Nokia e7 dead blinks near usb port

this phone receive like this, dead and when u put charger or usb cable it keeps blinking near usb port is this hardware or software problem? phone cant be detected by pc

Try this: when you connect the phone to pc with an usb cable, the led from phone usb blinks for almost a minute and the pc speakers make a sound similar to that sound when connecting a normal stick? Than this is a hardware problem usually solved by reheating the flash-processor combo.
