FFU Flashing not solves this problem.

This is some bug made by Nokia/Microsoft when upgrading Lumia 520 to Windows 8.1...

As you can see in your logs:

Flash Write Protection: PERM

This means your eMMC is permanently WRITE-PROTECTED and has become "READ ONLY"... Henceforth, no amount of Flashing/JTAG will repair it because it cannot be written any new data to the eMMC.

Only solution is to backup IMEI/Simlocks/Tuning and replace eMMC with new one.

Please read post #2,,, there is NO WAY you can fix this via FLASHING or JTAG or EMMC direct connection.

I am still trying to make a solution for this problem.
