Why is this happening? <<< SOLVED >>>


Hi team I would like to get any know why is this error happening at one of my ATF Boxes

I have two ATF Nitro and after update has ocurred one Of my box witch I have on one of my stores is giving the folowing error

Your Box Distributor/Reseller has requested that your Box should be Disabled.
Please Contact your Box Distributor/Reseller and settle the Problem.

And I find it strange since bouth Boxes are being used for years and this particular box was even bought to a client witch stoped making unlockings about 4 years ago and until today no problem has ever occured

whith this last update this one stoped working

I have already made the folowing operations

Unistalled previous version fully

Updated with new version

Downloaded all important files

Have restaured Dongle

Have updated ATF Nitro firmware

Have checked Firewall and software is permited

Have added ATF Servers

And always have got those error message

My box ID is the folowing

Also I see some information About server being Busy at software.

Please correct that error as soon as possible in order for me to be able to use the tool please

Thanks for the lack of Team Support
Problem solved by deleting the Windows Host file and restarting the software

Host file on:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\host
