after load the afp file . close the pinout popup .,
press restore button (Note dont not press reset jtag)

Connect USB Cable Instanly * waiting for Device Connection 10 seconds...

wait for Software read the codes

Lumia 610 does not need OSBL QUALCOMM in order to Read Codes.

Are you using JTAG Pinouts that has given by ATF JTAG software right after you select AFTP file ??? Because we got reported that some user were using eMMC Pinouts in order to unlock it with JTAG software. Of course, it will not work with eMMC connection.

Also try with new AFP files: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/9917121-post4.html
All instructions will be shown once you selected NEW AFP file in ATF JTAG software.

OSBL QCOM is for Permanent unlock after Read Codes via JTAG.
Reading codes using JTAG does not requires OSBL QCOM, though

With OSBL QCOM in phone, you can permanent unlock any WP7
using "Disable RE-Locking" button in ATF Software v10.40 on USB.
