Nokia Lumia 620 Network Show But Not Work

Hello There ...

Here I Got a Lumia 620 with network not work.But Network shown with sim card..
Doing Flash with same Product code Firmware[Latest]..
After Flash Done I Put Sim & make call again .. its work just 1 time ..
After call end when again make any call ..again its not work ..
Also come some touch problem like dial pad not work some time ..
If I Do again Flash again work Call for 1 time ..

After flash it works for one time ( out-going ) 2nd call not possible ,As you mention .

Now check these steps

1 - Flash the phone again & make a call after finish the call not try for 2nd call , just switch off the phone & keep 15 min , after 15 min switch on the phone & try to make a call ..... Report what happen . ( Either call will connect or not , If not then follow 2nd step )

2 - Flash the phone & do a in coming call & after finish try to make a out going call , lets see what happening
