It means you do not have VPL for this flash file and that you loaded this flash file manually...

So you cannot check it unless you have VPL file for it.

So probably, you flash file is corrupted, that is why you get flashing errors.

This is VPL file for your phone:
RM846_059R4N9_3046.0000.1329.2001_055.vpl


Download it and put in the same directory as you flash file.

Then rename that directory to RM-620 and make sure ATF Software can automatically scan that directory to load the flash files automatically for you.

Then CHECK button will work
