it means your sl3 has a problem. make a full backup of phone pm and rpl, go to "imei and locks" tab, sl3 recovery and execute level 2 recovery

But not write FALSE INFO, if you not know any solution TRUE, please not Help nothingh, you answere are only Full spam.
Cannot repair any level with this option in SL3 phone, server is Down from long time.... Cannot repair any Imei or Sim-Lock key w/o Full BKP original of the phone First of this issue.
Full RPL BKP+FULL PM BKP+Full SIM-LOCK BKP.
