Nokia X EMMC Repair error


I'm having an nokia X RM-980 V2 dead boot
Tried jtag not success
Tried emmc repair via tp on board not success
Now trying to repair direct emmc

again error
Samsung Emmc - KMS5X000KM-B313
Can any budy help me here

1. DO NOT USE THE PHONE"S BATTERY
2. Connect the Soldered TP Connections to ATF Box
3. Disconnect the USB Cable and Wait until the

Check your Test Point Soldering!
