Nokia X2 (RM-1013) dead. Problem was mobile restarting after sleeping mode. i did download files and start flashing with ATF. I stuck in 1st step but my mobile has gone dead.

The easiest way to fix you problem is to manually install/update your Nokia X2 Drivers to Nokia Emergency Connectivity Drivers which you can find here:

C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Drivers\

You will find a file EmergencyDownloadDriver.msi

Install That.

After your Phone is detected in Device Manager as "Nokia Emergency Connectivity"

Then you can flash it easily

Also, you can download Drivers here in case you cannot find it:
http://174.120.45.27/tmp/EmergencyDownloadDriver.msi

Flash latest firmware like my screenshot.

Not sure what else is wrong...

Make IMEI backup as well, and rar it and upload it somewhere. I can check config from there.

Unable to Update those drivers...can anyone help me via TV ??
