Nokia X2 RM-1013 in always flight mode

History of fault

Start it by recovering dead. Phone was dead and recovered it using emergency driver flashing. But phone was keeping restart and hang sometime in Nokia logo. When I checked it totally power on IMEI was null and I repaired it Using ATF and now IMEI ok and phone stable without restart.

But now
Phone always in flight mode ( But in settings flight mode off )
No network for both sim card ( 1 and 2 )
