I receive 2 pcs nokia X2 RM-1013 phone condition 1 phone totally dead 1 phone hanging with logo nokia only.

never ask customer history about this phone. all phone look like fine no eks water or dropped.

Try to reflash all phone with flash file dowloaded from navifirm am sure correct product file ( see back sticker imei ). 2 phones same product file.

All process done nothing get error, but problem are when insert sim no signal, check imei show NULL 2 phone same problem. i try check wifi cannt on too.

my question this hardware problem or software? if software how to solve this problem.. if hardware ignore its.

who have this problem share here....

i have rm-1030 imei NULL can u fix it

i successfully repair it with QPST QFIL 2.0.1.1 just full flash it with same product code firmware.
