Nokia X7 Stuck on Local Mode

Hi i have Nokia X7 i done flash with atf box but after flash it stucks on Local Mode

its showing me this on Screen

Actually when i got this phone its locked by putting wrong password again & again i tried hard reset but it not happening it always show me screen where i have to put password. Then i try to format it with ATF box but after all done it showing me Local Mode screen.

this set one screw stuck and it not letting me open this set so i can't touch battery part i have to replace head phone jack but stuck on.

Then just use Set Phone Mode to Normal, this function can be seen near Catagory / Backup RPL

Or like mohammadhadi said, reset with keys.
