Make sure you check info about V2 Nokia XL phones (also on same thread Which I give link to). V2 phone have different Signed Bootloaders which ate not compatible with non V2 phones | |

It is not a cable, it is just a piece of wire. JTAG activation is not free... But eMMC TP is free. I think you did not try eMMC method at all. If so, show logs.
