You need update driver for "qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 com110" and install "Nokia emergency driver from atf folder

If your phone is dead, you can't repair/flash it via USB. You need to Repair it's Boot via ATF JTAG first. Then you can flash with USB.

Yes, it does. Need to disassemble phone and connect wires.
