For examle 7230 / C6-00 . Some people here post solutions like backup/restore RPL and some of the PM fields , erasing certificates etc.
Is that possible or the one and only solution is the ATF by logs ???

Yes for now only ATF can 100% fix phone after downgrade.

For SURE C6 can't becosue not support this HASH still and ATF support all hash.

But after repair i must use the highest version that phone has before, or i can use lower version??

Yep, that needs 5 ATF Network credits. And all old hash phones are free as well RAPU and RAP4

Just press BUS CHECK Button in ATF v7.24 and software will write you that you got NEW HASH phone or OLD HASH phone.

That means that its old HASH ??? I 'm asking because that HASH never been reported for succesful unlock or repair or downgrade.

Hello.
That is not root key hash. It is CMT PAPUBKEYS HASH. Look for 'HASH' in your BUS check log or post here.
