Please update important files - error

Hi,
I'm using my ATF box on desktop computer, but now I need to run it on my notebook. Problem is when I try to run ATF software - it says 'please update important files', I open 'update files' tab, push 'update important files' it says 'please restart application'. I restarted application few times, restarted notebook, removed and installed all ATF software - still no success.
Where is the problem?
Regards,
Tom
