Problem with lumia 520 , help me

I have a Lumia 520 with WP enabled, EMMC hynix
I do the following:

1-user backup area 512 (Original EMMC) (atfbox y easyjatg)

2-backup ext csd (atfbox y easyjatg)

3-replazo EMMC with another ic hynix equal (in good condition)

4-extcsd backup and restore UserArea 512mb

5-flash with RM915_3046.0000.1329.2001_RETAIL_lta_lta_251_01_25 5308_prd_signed

6-power on normal but airplane mode, not wifi, *#06# no imei , log batery autocharge etc

7- (BIG PROBLEM) upgrade to 8.1 with the same product code via best infinity + update nvi, atf box and device recovery tool windows

Nokia no power . only message and reboot in log nokia

"SetOfflineMemoryDumpUseCapability failed. 0xc0000225"

* reboot not fully turned on

note: I changed 2 EMMC is the same problem


the order of a few steps from 1 to 7 I have changed and I have had the same result
